  2. Final Educational Agreement Due for Graduates in School Placement

    May 1, 2015 (all day)

Final Educational Agreements are due for graduating students who completed a school placement.

The Educational Agreement is not considered complete until the student completes and submits their End of Term (Tab 3), and the Field Instructor rates the student's Practice Behaviors in Assignments (Tab 2) and completes and approves Tab 3.  OFI recommends that the student submits their End of Term information (including their Key Learning Experience) to their Field Instructor at least one week before the due date to allow the Field Instructor time to review and complete their steps.
