"Social Work Paves the Way for Change!"
March is Social Work Month and this year National Association of Social Workers (NASW) kick's off their 60th anniversary. "For 60 years NASW and the social work profession has worked to bring about positive change to society. NASW’s goal during Social Work Month and throughout 2015... [is] to educate the public about how social workers and the association have brought about major positive social changes, improved the lives of individuals and families, and will continue to do so in the future." It is time to celebrate ourselves and the fabulous work we set forth.
Join in the celebration! There will be light refreshments and time to share in the truimph of the historical effort we (and the NASW) create in making the world a better place.
Come toot your horn and spread the word of our advocacy and achievements. Social Work is not just a month to celebrate its a lifetime of reaching out, raising hope and changing society.

Advanced Field Peer Consultation Group

The Peer Consultation Group offers a seminar-like experience where students can come to consult each other with field-related issues/support. The groups are open and drop-in. You can come to as many or as little as you like.
