Our statewide Title IV-E consortium started with five universities and we have recently welcomed three more: Oakland University, Ferris University and Eastern Michigan University. The program offers dedicated coursework, relevant field placement, and stipends to BSW and MSW students interested in careers in the child welfare sector. Collectively, we are addressing a critical workforce shortage in Michigan.
