A Strength-Based Tool to Enhance Employment for Adults on the Autism Spectrum

The statement of work is for Dr. Matthew J. Smith. In year 1 of the project, Dr. Smith will support the development and decision-making regarding the research methodology used to adapt KF-STRIDE to support adults with autism. During year 1 of the project, he will serve as a senior advisor on the study design to enroll participants, collect data, and process data that will speak to recommended adaptations to KF-STRIDE. He will also meet with the advisory board for all years of the study. During year 2, he will contribute to the scientific methods to process and implement the recommended adaptations to KF-STRIDE. During Year 3, Dr. Smith will advise on the study design for the randomized controlled trial to evaluate the initial effectiveness and initial implementation evaluation of KF-STRIDE’s fidelity, acceptability, usability, and implementation feasibility. In year 3, he will also participate in preparing the study findings for dissemination.
