  3. Coloring for Outreach, Identity, & Education

    September 12, 2016 - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM ET

The coloring movement appeals to people of all ages, but coloring books available to buy are often quite expensive and promote stereotypes. There are online coloring pages available for free, but many of those are on websites which install viruses on the computers or which try to steal passwords. In this workshop, we'll touch on how to find coloring books about health education and social issues, how to find free coloring pages that are safe to download and use, how to make your own coloring pages with free online tools.

Join Patricia Anderson from the University of Michigan Taubman Library and color for outreach, identity,  and education!

Feel free to bring your lunch.

This event is sponsored by the Positivity Special Interest Group, working to actualize our collective vision for a more strengths-based, positive, and transformative School of Social Work community.
