Joyce Bell: "The Black Power Movement and American Social Work" Book Talk

The U-M School of Social Work is hosting the University of Pittsburgh's Joyce Bell, who will give a talk on her book, "The Black Power Movement and American Social Work".

There will be 3 panelists reacting to the book talk:

  • Assistant Professor Desmond Patton (Social Work)
  • Assistant Professor Rachel Best (Sociology)
  • Graduate Student Grace Adofoli (Social Work and Public Health)

The talk is co-sponsored by the SSW's Learning Community on Poverty and Inequality and the Community Organizing Learning Community. Lunch will be served.
