Fall 2014 SSW International Student Orientation

Fall 2014 School of Social Work International Student Orientation for incoming international MSW students. The mandatory International Center check-in will be a part of this orientation session. Lunch will be provided.

You must bring the original and a photocopy (black and white) of the following documents. Each photocopy must be on standard letter size paper (8 ½ × 11 inches).

• Your passport pages containing your picture and passport validity
• U.S. visa (except Canadian citizens)
• I-20 (page 1) or DS-2019 (page 1) for the new academic program
• Printout of form I-94 from www.cbp.gov/I94 OR I-94 card (small white card in passport) front side (if you were issued one)
• If you have F-2 or J-2 dependents (spouse and children) , bring their I-20/DS-2019s, I-94s, and passports, along with the photocopies of each as well.
