If you're interested in mindfulness for personal or professional practice, please consider attending our Mindfulness Workshop. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, this workshop is for you!
This workshop will be facilitated by U-M CAPS Staff and will combine didactic and experiential components. This practice can be a great break for the most experienced to the least experienced. 
There is no charge.
