Collaborative Spirit of Hope, Wellness, and Healing for our Community - Zero Suicide

The American Indian Health and Family Services of Southeast Michigan’s Collaborative Spirit of Hope, Wellness and Healing for our Community Project, aims to implement a ZERO Suicide model for ages 25 and above that addresses all the components of the model in which health care providers transform their health system to one that is ready to identify, treat, refer, and ensure continuity of care for individuals at risk for suicide, suicidal behaviors and substance abuse. We will create a leadership driven comprehensive approach that will do an organizational self-study, train staff in EBP’s, screen those at risk and do follow up care.
