Rhonda R. Fields

Rhonda Fields, MSW '12, is a two time alum of the University of Michigan. Fields holds degrees from U-M's School of Education and School of Social Work. Since May 2021, Fields has served as Senior Manager of Corporate Giving: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at General Motors. In this role, she serves as the strategic partner to GM’s DE&I team and helps to execute the long-term strategy for GM’s commitment to help advance racial and social justice through their philanthropic work. Prior to the role, Fields served as executive director at Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan. Rhonda's background in clinical social work at Michigan Medicine, nonprofit management and community volunteerism have all set the foundation for her personal goal to create limitless opportunities for historically excluded individuals, communities and organizations.
