Rosalind Garcia-Tosi
SSW Adjunct Lecturer and Depression Center Associate Director of Administration
Dr. Garcia-Tosi, Sc.D, MPH, MSW, is the associate director of administration at the U-M Depression Center, overseeing center operations and functioning as the principal liaison for the executive director and faculty leadership within and outside of the organization. Garcia-Tosi has extensive experience in administrative oversight, strategic planning, evaluation, maternal and child health, management, health equity and coordinating inter-disciplinary initiatives. Prior to joining the Depression Center, Garcia-Tosi held various positions at a children’s health center, including director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and director of Strategic Planning and Evaluation. Dr. Garcia-Tosi earned her Doctor of Science in Health Systems Management from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management & Policy and a Master of Social Work in Administration from the University of Michigan.
