Carrie Landrum, M.A., is a professional peacebuilder with specialization in conflict transformation, restorative practices, and intercultural competence. She is an accomplished and adept facilitator and conflict resolution practitioner at U-M, where she has been facilitating restorative practices for over ten years. Landrum serves as Assistant Director for Adaptable Conflict Resolution, Training, and Strategic Partnerships within U-M’s Office of Student Conflict Resolution. She supports community members in navigating challenging situations interpersonally and intrapersonally to find pathways to peace and healing with attention to accountability and justice. Landrum also has expertise in trauma healing, multicultural wellness practices, intercultural development and unconscious bias. She trains and presents nationally on restorative practices, alternative dispute resolution and cultural competence.
