Dayna Asante-Appiah
LEO Intermittent Lecturer
Dayna Asante-Appiah (MSW, MA) is the Online MSW Program Manager and oversees the academic development of the online MSW program, which includes the student experience. Her goal is to provide students in the online MSW program with ongoing support, connection to resources, and seeks to create an overall successful student experience. Additionally, Dayna serves as the technical academic advisor for all students in the online program. Along with managing and strengthening the online MSW program, Dayna loves meeting with students and helping them meet their academic and professional goals by connecting their passions and curiosities to resources and opportunities at the SSW.
Dayna is an alumna of the MSW program and also holds a MA in Higher Education Administration from the School of Education at the University of Michigan. She is enthusiastic about sustaining and growing an academic program that provides a comprehensive and engaging online learning environment for future social workers.
