Joe Cafferty, MSW’13, is a clinical social worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Cafferty currently works in the Mental Health Clinic at the Toledo Community-Based Outpatient Clinics providing various evidence-based mental health treatment services, in addition to working with the domestic violence prevention program. He also presented regionally and nationally on the topics of building clinical competence with the veteran population. Cafferty served in the Ohio Army National Guard, and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
