Brittany R. Schuler

Curtis Center Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Schuler's research aims to understand social determinants of pediatric obesity and the parental, socio-environmental, and policy-related factors that influence risk and adverse health and mental health outcomes. By incorporating a focus on social determinants of health and engaging in cross-sector collaborations, her research actively works to advance the Grand Challenge for Social Work to close the health gap, focusing on strategies to increase access to the health resources necessary for optimal growth and development in childhood.
