Leslie Dubin, MSW'97, focuses on individual and family practice working with older adults. Special interests include assisting persons with navigating the health care system and maximizing independence and dignity throughout the aging process. Dubin is currently a part of the Geriatric Inpatient Consultation Team at the University of Michigan Health System and also engages in hospital projects to improve transitions of care and readmission reduction. Having worked in community programs and health care centers for more than 20 years, she shares her experience as an adjunct lecturer at University of Michigan School of Social Work and has presented nationally on various issues related to aging.
