Community Conversation on U.S. Supreme Court Decision Overturning Roe v. Wade
June 29, 2022 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
We invite you to join a community conversation about the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, eliminating the constitutional right to an abortion in the U.S.
As social workers, we know that individual actions can make a difference. We encourage conversations that bridge this deep and divisive gap in policy on reproductive health. By raising our voices to increase awareness and reaching out to provide support, we can create a better society for all.
With these smaller community conversations, our hope is to utilize restorative dialogue practices and build community, creating a space where we are all teachers and learners. We will draw heavily on practices from intergroup dialogue and restorative justice.
