Management Information Systems Lunch n' Learn

Kick off the Fall Break with a Management Info Systems Lunch n' Learn with the Management Leadership Learning Community. Lunch will be provided.
This workshop strives to show the relevance and utility of the data social workers collect on a daily basis. With a focus on how to use Management Information Systems (MISs) to pull data for your area of social work, this workshop will includes a brief overview of two MISs and an interactive activity to show how each concentration in social work can work together to solve an issue. The two goals of this session is to help MSW students and social work professionals understand how data is useful separately and collectively in the social service world, and to help social workers see the value of the data they collect.
