The Recruitment & Retention of Child Welfare Professionals Program
The Recruitment & Retention of Child Welfare Professionals Program aims to impact the child welfare workforce by:
- developing and delivering training that can enhance child welfare staff skills and decrease staff turnover
- better understanding the needs, qualities, and potential of the child welfare workforce through research on staff who stay and staff who leave
