Need-based financial assistance is offered to selected MSW students who are interested in working in the Jewish community in a career in Federation work. United Jewish Communities Federation Executive Recruitment and Education Program

Assistance is available to students enrolled in a graduate-level program that will earn them a master's degree in policy sciences, social work, and/or Jewish communal service and public administration. The student must have a bachelor's degree and a GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate leadership ability and communication and organizational skills. The student must commit to working at a North American Jewish federation for a minimum of two to three years after graduation. The deadline for applications is February 15.
