About CCS Fundraising: "We partner with non-profits for transformational change."

CCS Fundraising is a strategic fundraising consulting firm. For seven decades, CCS has empowered many of the world’s greatest organizations to advance some of the most important causes in history. We plan, manage, and implement programs that achieve fundraising goals and mission impact. Together with our clients, we’re delivering meaningful and measurable change for our communities and world.

    Full-time Career and Fellowship Opportunities

The full-time roles we are currently looking to fill are our Associate Director positions.  At CCS, we empower some of the greatest organizations in the world to effect meaningful change—change that impacts lives and improves the condition of the world we live in. As a culture, we are united in this genuine purpose. Our team of Directors are critical in advancing these efforts, serving in many ways as full-time, on-site project managers. Directors work collaboratively with CCS executives and client leaders to identify, design, and implement management and development methodologies to prepare for and conduct successful fundraising initiatives. During a campaign, this involves everything from developing overarching campaign strategies to tracking activity and progress toward benchmarks, conducting prospect research, creating individual donor approach strategies, writing all marketing and operational materials, training and managing volunteers, and coordinating events. Directors are often asked to wear multiple hats and must be able to adapt to the unique needs of each client. CCS invests in the training, tools, and support necessary for employees’ lasting personal and professional growth.
