In this virtual session, the Career Services Office will host CCS Assistant Vice President, Douglas Adolph as he provides an overview of the firm and discuss full-time opportunities that may be a great fit for University of Michigan School of Social Work School students. The session will be held on Thursday December 1st from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM in room 2733 in the School of Social Work. Lunch will be provided.

As a culture, we are united in this genuine purpose. Our team of Directors are critical in advancing these efforts, serving in many ways as full-time, on-site project managers. Directors work collaboratively with CCS executives and client leaders to identify, design, and implement management and development methodologies to prepare for and conduct successful fundraising initiatives. During a campaign, this involves everything from developing overarching campaign strategies to tracking activity and progress toward benchmarks, conducting prospect research, creating individual donor approach strategies, writing all marketing and operational materials, training and managing volunteers, and coordinating events. Directors are often asked to wear multiple hats and must be able to adapt to the unique needs of each client. CCS invests in the training, tools, and support necessary for employees’ lasting personal and professional growth.
