Title: Radical social work, when the 9-5 career becomes a 24/7 embedded community-based social worker... the joy it brings
Case studies will be shared how social workers have embedded themselves in local Detroit neighborhoods to accompany transformative movements that are building social justice. Highlighted social work examples will be urban agriculture, restorative justice, faith-based institutions and immigrant rights.
