Children Coping with Trauma, a Retirement Tribute To Kathleen Coulborn Faller

Join us for this symposium on Children Coping with Trauma to celebrate Kathleen Coulborn Faller's accomplishments and honor her contributions to the field of child welfare.
The maltreatment of children has been recognized as a serious social problem in the United States for more than 50 years. It is only in the past decade that there is emerging appreciation of the impact of maltreatment on children in the form of a spectrum of trauma symptoms. This symposium will focus on what is being learned about the traumatic impact of maltreatment on children.

This online session will provide the opportunity to learn more about the University of Michigan School of Social Work's MSW program. Topics covered will include: MSW Curriculum, Dual Degree Programs, Application Process, Degree Requirements, and Financial Aid.

Please join the School of Social Work Alumni Relations Committee for a wine tasting. Network with local alumni while sampling wines, enjoying refreshments, learning about the winemaking process, and meeting the winemaker. This event is open to all SSW alumni.
Cost: $10/person payable at the door.
