About the Speaker

Doug Adolph, Assistant Vice President Doug has invested his entire career in service of non-profit organizations. For more than nine years, he has assisted some of the nation’s largest charities in meeting their development goals. His areas of expertise include nationwide chapter-based organizations, volunteer mobilization, healthcare and independent school philanthropy, annual fund and major gift strategy, donor stewardship and maximizing event success. Doug is currently working with College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI, providing oversight and counsel in advance of their upcoming capital campaign. Prior to that, he served in an interim management role at Detroit Country Day School in Beverly Hills, MI, where he oversaw the school’s communications, fundraising and alumni relations efforts.

The full-time roles we are currently looking to fill are our Associate Director positions. Associate Directors lead in our fundraising partnership efforts, offering full-time, resident fundraising counsel and campaign management services to the most recognizable brands in philanthropy. Directors work collaboratively with CCS executives and client leaders to identify, design, and execute strategic plans and actions that lead to successful fundraising campaigns.
