Community Advisory Board

The Community Advisory Board, consisting of community social work practitioners, is responsible for providing the school with consultation and advice on such matters as current curricular content and new curricular initiatives; the integration of class and field-learning experiences; the role of technology and distance learning in class and field instruction; the development of new and innovative field opportunities; the development of new teaching, learning, and research collaborations; the strengthening of field instruction programming and processes; and other matters as may be assigned by the associate dean for educational programs.
