Dr. Segal provides consulting services to several national "high stakes" testing organizations specializing in reviewing documentation related to psychological disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and learning disabilities. In addition, he is the director of the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities at the University of Michigan and a clinical psychologist in private practice.
